SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

The Trial Match Point text messaging program ("Program") sends two distinct categories of messages, each requiring its own separate opt-in:

• Account notifications: Messages related to clinical trial matches, follow-up steps, and study coordination based on the area of interest you provided.
• Promotional and marketing messages: Updates about new categories, special campaigns, and program updates from Trial Match Point.

Trial Match Point is an independent opportunity resource. We are not a research organization, clinical trial sponsor, healthcare provider, or medical facility.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by submitting our form and checking the corresponding category-specific SMS consent box. Both consent boxes are unchecked by default and are never bundled together. Providing your mobile number is always optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of accessing any service or resource on this site.

3. Message Frequency

Account notification message frequency varies based on opportunities in your area of interest, typically 2 to 8 messages per month. Promotional message frequency varies, typically up to 6 messages per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Trial Match Point does not charge for the messages, but standard message and data rates apply for each message sent or received.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin the Program, sign up again as you did the first time.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Google Fi, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and No Sharing

We respect your privacy. Mobile information and SMS consent information are not shared, sold, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. When you have been informed about a specific independent program and have consented to an introduction, your contact details are shared with that program only, for the sole purpose of that introduction. 9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You must reside in the United States.

10. Supported Carriers

The Program is supported by most major United States wireless carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or cancel the Program or these SMS Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version on this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
